We will gladly return unworn merchandise for exchange or store credit, (minus shipping & insurance) only for standard items purchased online. Items must be in original condition (not worn, sized, engraved, set, or altered in any way). We do not accept returns or exchanges on any special orders (i.e. special sizes, custom orders, engraved or set items, or any altered merchandise) or layaway items. All returned items must be received by Michael Agnello Jewelers within 30 days of receipt of purchase, except for loose diamonds which must be received within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Please call to speak with an associate prior to returning merchandise, to request a Return Authorization #. Packages shipped to us without a Return Authorization # will be returned to sender unopened. All returned merchandise should be mailed registered and fully insured.
